Sakura Network is a private Minecraft multiplayer server that provides gaming entertainment and community services. We offer:

• Access to custom Minecraft gameplay experiences
• Virtual goods and premium features for purchase
• Community interaction through in-game chat and Discord
• Regular updates and new content

Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

User Eligibility

To use Sakura Network, you must:

Shared accounts, account trading, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

When using Sakura Network, you agree NOT to:

• Use any cheats, hacks, mods, or unauthorized client modifications
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Spam, advertise, or promote external services or servers
• Impersonate staff members, moderators, or other players
• Share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to server systems
• Interfere with or disrupt server operations or other players' experience
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or punishments
• Engage in real-money trading outside authorized channels
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts without permission
• Attempt to defraud, scam, or deceive other players

Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these Terms of Service may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary muting or chat restrictions
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• IP address ban
• Forfeiture of all purchased items and ranks without refund
• Legal action for severe violations

The severity of the penalty will be determined by staff members at their sole discretion based on the nature and frequency of violations. All moderation decisions are final.

Purchases and Virtual Goods

All purchases made on Sakura Network are for virtual goods and services that:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are licensed, not owned, by the purchaser
• Are non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy
• May be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• May be revoked if Terms of Service are violated

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the virtual nature of these goods and accept all associated risks.

Subscription Services

Premium ranks and subscription-based services on Sakura Network:

• Are sold in fixed-term periods (e.g., 30 days)
• Do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated
• Begin immediately upon purchase
• Cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded
• May be subject to changes in features or benefits

Subscription time does not pause during server downtime, maintenance, or if you choose not to play.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Sakura Network, including custom plugins, maps, builds, designs, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by Sakura Network or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal entertainment only. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer our custom plugins or systems
• Use our branding or intellectual property without permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Commercially exploit any part of our services

User-Generated Content

Any content you create or upload on Sakura Network (builds, messages, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for operating and promoting our services.

You represent that any content you create does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

Disclaimers

SAKURA NETWORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding security, accuracy, or reliability
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that any issues will be resolved.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAKURA NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or virtual items
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from service interruptions or termination
• Actions or conduct of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification

• Chargebacks or payment disputes

• Any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and you forfeit all virtual goods without refund.

Sakura Network reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were last made.
