All items purchased on Sakura Network are virtual, in-game goods that exist solely within our Minecraft server environment. These items have no real-world monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Virtual goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and once delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

While we strive to maintain 24/7 server availability, Sakura Network reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the server at any time. Temporary service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds.
In the event of permanent server closure, we will provide reasonable notice to our community, but no refunds will be issued for previously purchased items or services.
Purchased items cannot be exchanged for other items or transferred to different accounts. All purchases are bound to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.
In extremely rare cases where a technical error on our end results in non-delivery of purchased goods or duplicate charges, we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. This is the only circumstance under which compensation may be considered.
