Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All purchases made on Sakura Network are final. Due to the nature of virtual goods and digital content, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

No Refund Policy

By making a purchase on Sakura Network, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered through our store, including but not limited to:

  • Premium Rank subscriptions
  • Crate keys and mystery boxes
  • In-game currency and virtual items
  • Cosmetic items and perks
  • Any other digital goods or services

Nature of Virtual Goods

All items purchased on Sakura Network are virtual, in-game goods that exist solely within our Minecraft server environment. These items have no real-world monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

Virtual goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and once delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Consumer Rights and Legal Standing

As a provider of digital content and virtual goods, Sakura Network operates under established consumer protection laws that specifically address digital purchases:

  • Digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase is exempt from standard withdrawal rights in most jurisdictions
  • By clicking "Purchase" or proceeding with payment, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal
  • Virtual goods and in-game items are considered consumable digital content that cannot be returned once accessed or used
  • Our no-refund policy is consistent with industry standards for digital gaming platforms and virtual marketplaces

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
  • Accidental purchases (please verify your selection before completing payment)
  • Dissatisfaction with purchased items or services
  • Account suspensions or bans resulting from violation of our Terms of Service
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet connection, hardware, etc.)
  • Inability to use purchased items due to gameplay decisions or progression
  • Server downtime, maintenance, or temporary service interruptions
  • Changes to game mechanics, item values, or server features

Account Bans and Violations

If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to violations of our Terms of Service, you will forfeit all purchased items, ranks, and services without any refund or compensation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Cheating or use of unauthorized modifications
  • Harassment or toxic behavior toward other players
  • Exploitation of bugs or glitches
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Any other violations of our server rules

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider instead of contacting our support team will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension
  • Forfeiture of all purchased items and services
  • Ban from all Sakura Network services
  • Potential legal action to recover costs and damages

If you experience any payment issues or have concerns about a transaction, please contact our support team through Discord before taking any action with your payment provider.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 server availability, Sakura Network reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the server at any time. Temporary service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds.

In the event of permanent server closure, we will provide reasonable notice to our community, but no refunds will be issued for previously purchased items or services.

No Exchanges or Transfers

Purchased items cannot be exchanged for other items or transferred to different accounts. All purchases are bound to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.

Technical Issues and Exceptions

In extremely rare cases where a technical error on our end results in non-delivery of purchased goods or duplicate charges, we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. This is the only circumstance under which compensation may be considered.

To report such issues, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with:

  • Transaction ID and payment proof
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem

Legal Jurisdiction

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sakura Network operates. By making a purchase, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising from this policy.

Policy Modifications

Sakura Network reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
